Tulsa’s cold second-half start hurt the Shock in an 87-75 loss at San Antonio on Friday night.
The Silver Stars (3-5) opened the second half with 10 consecutive points to take a 40-32 lead and never trailed the rest of the way.
The Shock (3-5) missed its first four shots and had four turnovers after grabbing a 32-30 halftime advantage. Tulsa finished with 29 turnovers.
San Antonio avoided its first five-game losing streak since the 2006 season and captured its second victory over the Shock this season.
