Looks like it's gonna be sunny and 64-degrees this coming Saturday.

Any ideas as how to spend such a lovely day...outside...in Portland?

Thanks

Go to Denver!

Go to Denver!

Trust me, if the little lady let me........................I would!

There were a bunch of groupies standing around MB and Rice last night getting autographs and saying that they were going to Denver. Naturally, I was jealous.

Gotta hand it to the Mikes. They are gracious as all get-out. I had to talk to Barrett and ask him if I could invite a couple of friends to an upcoming Courtside. Naturally, he said no prob. He's genuinely good people.

drink on the sidewalk and throw peanuts at street kids.

lol, are you more of a fan of Blazer dignitaries, or the actual team itself?

Nahh, trust me, they're a fan of me. This goes waaaay back to Pat Lowry days. :pimp:

BTW, I look for you at the games but never see you anymore.

Bike ride, in Portland. Avoid riding a bike in Vancouver. Horrible roads for riding bikes.

Yeah, I decided to finally hang up the sport suit. It was fun while it lasted, but the people in charge of the operation were clowns. I couldn't take it any longer.

What did you do?

Worked security. lol.

Pretty prestigious I know. But I saw a lot of cool shit.

Why is it, whenever I hear Canzano remark, ".....my beautiful bald head..", I think of you?

I made sure to get it extra shiny for games so it would reflect in the arena.

Canzano's a funny guy. I called him out a long time ago in emails when he brought up for the 100th time that he thought Mark Few was going to leave for UO. I ran into him in the hallway at the arena and said it was me that messaged him back and forth about Few. After that, he always had this awkward aura about himself whenever I came across him and I wasn't even rude. I just provided good reasons why he wouldn't and why he was wrong. I think he's just a paranoid guy.

One thing about working there, I got to see first hand who was a jackass and who was a genuinely nice people.

Steve Patterson, maybe the biggest douchebag I've ever crossed paths with. His wife was unbearable as well. I'll never forget the time that Eva Longoria was in town because we were playing the Spurs and his wife tried so hard to be best buddies with her. She looked like a retard.

So many stories.

Zags, I've missed you and your bald head!

Today I was rockin' the red suede adidas shell-toes. I'll give you a daily update if you want.

Hit up 1,000 acre park in Troutdale and took the dogs for a long walk. Took the wife and kids out. What a great day! Dogs are passed out now. Lettin them run off leash for a couple miles really kicks their ass.

Fantastic day. Put my skirt on ;), took the hardtop off the Miata and enjoyed a quick run on Skyline in it with the roof down. Then came back home, got the motorcycle out for the first time since October, serviced it and went out for a run again. Wonderful weather.

You were probably listening to WHAM'S Greatest Hits in the Miata huh?

Don't have anything but an old radio in that car. Remember - I bought it in 1996, it's a 1993 model. It has a radio/tape in it, but even if the tape works (which I do not really know) - I do not have tapes to put in it.

As for WHAM - never listened to them. At this era of early/mid 80s I used to listen to post-punk/indie rock groups like Minimal Compact, Adam and the Ants, The Cure, The Jesus and Mary Chain and The Clash. Can't really listen to music in this car anyway, especially with the roof down. Too loud.

If you can't hear The Clash over a gale-force wind in a top-down Miata at highway speeds, you're doing it wrong. Crank that sucker! :devilwink:
