While it makes fun of Obama for not doing a whole lot, it kind of points out that he actually hasn't done what those accuse him of doing.

Well, the stimulus bill was very controversial, but he was able to pass that. He hasn't been able to enact a lot of his other "reforms" simply because people are fighting him every step of the way. If he was left alone to do what he wanted, then we'd be in even worse shape.
