Speaking of wasting time on the internet, I'd speculate that the majority of the (office) working class (including myself) spend, on average, 15%-20% of their workday surfing, shopping, posting, or other non-work-related internet activity.

If management simply made available a few centralized/open computers that employees would share for any internet needs, productivity would soar.
