Surprised haven't seen a thread about it, but the political forum is pretty dead so maybe I'm not so surprised. Libby doesn't have to go to jail, only person that did out of this whole thing was a reporter who tried to protect Libby. GO figure. Pres Bush has hinted at a full pardon coming down later as well. Just another ho hum crony move by the big guy.

I don't care, doesn't affect me. I've come to expect this **** from Mr. Dubya.

You should care because it does effect you. Libby committed perjury during trial and is getting away with it.

How does it directly affect me? I've got no say..

the circumstances around this case directly involve Bush's statements that Iraq tried buy uranium from Niger which in turn led to the current war...and if the war has not affected you in anyway then I think you might have to open your eyes a bit (I'm not trying to sound harsh or anything so don't take it the wrong way)...

Hadn't heard this yet, but I'm in no way surprised. Frustrating, to say the least.

I knew this was going to happen. It's not a surprising move at all, I was just waiting for the day.

I don't know who this guy is but for some strange reason, when I read his name, he reminded me of that "baby-killer" called "Hat Macullum" in the South Park episode "Free Hat."
