Frightening that this had to go this far to find a judge who has read the Constitution and the Bill of Rights.

The government said Federal Bureau of Investigation agents use GPS tracking devices in thousands of investigations each year.

Requiring warrants will decrease the number but will far from eliminate it. This decision doesn't stop the FBI.

If you think the President was involved, you're missing the whole issue, lack of approval from an outside authority.
