Oh well, never mind, it didn't take.

For memory sake, I'll post this instead.....

A time when you had to be Hercules just to move the damn thing.

...lol...my brother in law has one like it (Zenith I think)...and the damn thing still has a pretty good picture and has never been in the shop.

...speaking of old TVs, do y'all remember the first TV show you saw in color...for me, it was Bonanza. (at a neighbor's house) (we still had a black and white TV)

The one's that got me were the consoles where you had the TV, radio & record player all in one, encased in a beautiful wooden cabinet.

1st color show for me, was MLB game of the week, Cardinals and Gibson on the mound, was amazed at the rich cardinal color, other team, can't recall.....

My old man had one of those, but, it was a 2 decker, with big speakers on the sides of the TV. A Curtis Mathes, with Record Player, Radio on top, above TV. A big heavy heavy Maple Cabinet....

Wizard of Oz.....mind blowing when color appeared.

...Yeah, Dad got one of those for Mom...there was always music in our house as a kid...Johnny Mathis, Andy Williams, Jerry Vale, Herb Alpert, etc...

...and I'm ashamed to admit it but when I moved out and got my own place I got one of these...high tech back in the day;
