1- No longer allow any person in the act of committing a crime, can NOT hold the people they seek to steal from, (in their own houses) or be held liable, for the thieves good will or health.
a prior case, enabled a Burglar, broke into a home middle of the night; broke his leg tripping, and successfully sued the families home owners insurance.
Gone are those days, or so its supposed to be, yet always isn't.......

2- A 2nd law was passed same time. A judge has the right to throw "frivolous lawsuits" out.....
