I'm not an expert by any means but this sure seems bad.

Question: if I was granted some level of security clearance and then it was later discovered that I lied on the security clearance form, what would happen to me? My guess, at the very minimum, any security clearance I had would be revoked, right? Seems like a basic train of thought but like I said, I'm no expert

It's a simple paperwork error. Nothing to see here. It's like doing your taxes, they're hard, that's why you hire an expert. This is just like that, Sessions only mistake is that he didn't hire an attorney to do his attorney general paperwork.

Maybe "lie" isn't the right word. What if I didn't disclose information that would generally seem to be pretty important to gain security clearance?

So Sessions, Kushner and Flynn listed every foreign official they met with EXCEPT for anyone Russian.

Russians must be really boring and easy to forget.
