Fuck yeah, go dude. I mean I'm sure a few innocent people might get whacked here and there but hey, fuck it.

There are plenty of innocents that will be shot in the melee that follows. A microscopic picture of Trump-ism before you vote.

"Shoot 'em & I'll give you a medal" - President Trump encourages citizens to shoot drug dealers, suspected terrorists, muslims and anyone that looks like they might be an illegal Mexican.

That's actually not that shocking, Sly. In the 80' and 90's, the running joke was they'd shoot you for a can of Budweiser in Mindanao. At least the president is lobbying for a type of public service!

You can't beat that Amurrrrican Foreign Influence! Fuck yeah!

Yawn........this is what Ferdinand Marcos was doing way back in the day. There was a big sign outside the main gate to the naval base at Subic Bay denoting the number of drug casualties. And they didn't all die of an overdose. Finding and or using even marijuana was a hazardous enterprise........

Meanwhile in Portugal...

14 Years After Decriminalizing All Drugs, Here's What Portugal Looks Like

In 2001, the Portuguese government did something that the United States would find entirely alien. After many years of waging a fierce war on drugs, it decided to flip its strategy entirely: It decriminalized them all.

If someone is found in the possession of less than a 10-day supply of anything from marijuana to heroin, he or she is sent to a three-person Commission for the Dissuasion of Drug Addiction, typically made up of a lawyer, a doctor and a social worker. The commission recommends treatment or a minor fine; otherwise, the person is sent off without any penalty. A vast majority of the time, there is no penalty.

Fourteen years after decriminalization, Portugal has not been run into the ground by a nation of drug addicts. In fact, by many measures, it's doing far better than it was before.

Anyone who wants war on drugs is a fool. Prohibition has never worked.

This is one thing that you and I can both agree on. By chance you ever seen "The Wire" and what they did in that show making a 'drug-safe' zone in their fictional slums area?

You think that's working?

Yes.

According to the 2008 World Drug Report by the United Nations office on drugs and crime 8.2% of the UK population are cannabis abusers; in Singapore it is 0.005%. For ecstasy, the figures are 1.8% for the UK and 0.003% for Singapore; and for opiates – such as heroin, opium and morphine – 0.9% for the UK and 0.005% for Singapore.

I'm actually for legalizing everything, including hard drugs and pharmaceuticals without a prescription.

Anyway, the Philippines is pretty fucked up. So many scammers everywhere, last time I was there we had to wrap all of our luggage because the fucking airport security would slip bullets into peoples luggage and then try to extort money from you.

Most of the people there are nice but they are fucking idiots. They are like human robots in the service industry.

Most of their past presidents are shady and have ended up in jail after their term ended. They are all scammers. I mean Manny Fucking Paquiao is a senator seriously what the fuck man.

Sly... We have the second Hitler/Stalin in the wings. The German people were forced to accept Nazism because Hitler said he wanted to make Germany great again. His terrorist approach is quite clear in the pages of history. Trump stands in the shadows of these dictators with rhetoric similar to 70 years ago! I for one could never vote for Trump. Our votes are actually symbolic due to the electoral college

system and historical evidence of Gore losing to Bush. Its a sad state of affairs we are in. kUpVtGD.gif

Sorry. I was listening to an old Allman Brothers Band concert. Duane Allman does things to me man.....
Old Allmans are the best Allmans. I saw them in 1970 in Philly before Duane was smeared with the peach truck. The concert was called blue bag 1 and featured a young new Bonnie Raitt. A concert in the late 60's and 70's was cheap, enhanced by the attendees and the best a human could experience. AB had such a raw sharp and infectious feel about their music!!
