Lol I know I know, it's easy to read into everything but I don't know I see stuff like this and what wes said and you start to get paranoid as a die hard fan

Sounds like LA has made things clear to Olshey that he needs to sign another hustle guy. This is a good thing.
 
It has to mean something just based off the fact that LA never really is a guy on social network that much. Also because this is the biggest decision of his career. The timing of this tweet. I know people have been paranoid but I don't know, I just feel like there is something to this.
 
I dont think he means team as in basketball team, but he means it like the way black people use it, which is more meaningful, I think.
 
So, it sounds like he wants to play with Russell Wilson.

When you are picking your team, do you pick the best guys - or the ones who will defer to you and let you be the star? Are you playing to win, or to look good to the crowd?

Sounds to me like LMA just came down on the side of winning. I'm good with that.

Funny thing is, I don't know if that means he is more likely to stay or go.

I would tend to agree with this. Initially I didn't buy any of the rumors of tension between the two of them... however, I do now.

I could see LMA thinking Dame is out promoting himself too much and isn't putting in the work to improve enough.

Whether Dame is "working hard enough" is dependent upon your point of view.

I doubt Dame has a work ethic problem. He is just being really smart, making as much money as possible because he knows this job he has can be over in a second.

That's a weird thing to say.

The only thing I get from that is that he wants everyone else to work hard, but not himself.

I hope you are not basing it on that tweet. Any connection to Dame in that quote is craziness.
