Or it wasn't a legitimate rape. Or it was god's will. Or sponsor a bill that makes it a felony for a rape victim to have an abortion because she's destroying evidence. Or threaten a University of North Carolina student with expulsion for publicly talking about being raped on campus because she is embarrassing the rapist. Or force a teen girl raped by her minister to publicly apologize to the congregation for "tempting" him. All of which happened. Or denounce a married rape victim for "adultery".

You can find quotes just as bad in any patriarchal religion.

Actually abortion after rape wouldn't destroy evidence because the aborted baby would have the DNA of the father. Also, after rape; you can simply do a DNA sperm test inside the woman for proof.

But actually; what if the woman wasn't raped and she lied? So is it fair to send an innocent man to prison because maybe the girl was pissed that the guy gave her a one night stand?

And how will you prove when a woman rapes another woman? Does she get a pass? With woman equality in full effect; they should make rape laws more strict.

If a woman cries rape and lies; there should be prison time. If the man or woman rapes; they need prison time. Give punishment on both sides.

I got scammed twice on domestic violence. Fortunately it didn't stick. All about custody battles.

During that, the guy is just sitting calmly on a chair. Apparently, she went into the other room to call 911, he got the recording and just waited for the police on the front lawn, but they never came. It turned out she did not call 911. He later used the recording to get restraining order.

It's a much more serious offense than (many) actual crimes.

What I meant by asking what they would say is that even moderate Muslims have been slow to accept atheism and denounce punishment for apostates.
