Five Silver Stars players scored in double figures, but it wasn’t enough to snap a four-game skid against the Dream.
Atlanta used a 14-0 run in the third quarter to stop the Silver Stars 90-83 on Sunday.
“Our offense and lack of execution and ball movement really played into that (run),” Silver Stars coach Sandy Brondello said. “We were trading baskets with them, and we were fine. We didn’t buckle down defensively, but then offensively, we just tried to score on the first touch. And you can’t against an athletic team like Atlanta.”
