We should be drafting in the top 10. Hopefully, before Gorton is fired which is inevitable, he acquires a couple of first rounders during the season. The draft is said to be without a generational player but is extremely deep.

Amazing that Nash won't play for a Canadian team and he's Canadian. That makes no sense to me. However, considering the guy is 6'4 with unreal talent and plays like he's 5'6, nothing he does surprised me any longer.

If either of those trade rumors (especially Nash) come to fruition Gorton should be fired immediately. Both look like horse shit rumors to me

Not only do the Rangers need to shed salary in any Nash trade, but they need to at least get something along the lines of a high 2nd and a top 5-7 prospect. Even if it means eating some $$. Nash is still good for 30g.

Yes. They are trading Nash. A limited trash clause doesn't mean shit as long as the return from one of those teams is acceptable. At the end of the day, Gorton will dump his salary if he can get back one good pick and a good prospect. I assume he hasn't gotten offered that yet. Of course, we are talking about a GM that is a complete moron so who knows if he got offered a good deal.

Buffalo has a prospect William Carrier i wouldn't mind seeing them pluck. Add him with a 2nd and Franson and that might be ok. Sounds like they arent getting Grigorenko.
