Anyone ever use slingbox or a product like it?

Sony makes a slingbox type product that sends your cable signal to your laptop any where you are. So you can use your home cable service to watch tv on your laptop anyplace you can access the internet.
Sweet idea.
I'm thinking of getting one of these.
