Smackdown vs Raw 2007

I had the first Smackdown vs. Raw. I liked it, but I thought the storyline was too short. Is the storyline any longer than 1 year in this game?

Yep, I pretty much received it for Christmas, but have played it the last two weeks. This is the first WWE game I've played since Here Comes the Pain (I have every single SD game from the first one until Here Comes the Pain.)It's a fun game, but the season is still short I guess, and gets repetitive after a while. I've only played online once, and was beat down by someone using The Rock, and another person using Hulk Hogan in a Tag Team Tornado Table match.I've already went through season once with Edge, and the other as HHH.

I'm looking for enough guys to start a E-Fed. I love this game and when you get guys that don't create people to 99s and just abuse one move, it's pretty fun.

If you ever gather a group of enough people, contact me about it, and I'll sign up for it. I still haven't used all the features of the game like CAW, and CAPPV, so I need to try those. What do you think of the Create a Championship? Reminds me of WWF Wrestlemania (made in 1999) where you could create championships. I like it pretty well with the prestige, drama, and all of that.

I like it, but the thing is, if you try and defend it online and lose, it's gone forever

Have not got a chance to play this yet. Do have SVR 06', you guys recommend this one as well? The legends this year have me interested.

I've played every Smackdown game except this one. I even played in a SD vs RAW 2006 tournament and came in 3rd.Unfortunately, my brother was watching a DVD in my PS2 while I was gone and it got stuck, so he called my dad to get it out and my dad accidentally broke something inside the PS2, so it doesn't work anymore.

Oh I've got it for the 360 anyways. I really want to start an e-Fed, but don't know that many guys that have it. I know there are plenty out there that have it, but I haven't talked to them

</div>True, but I hate even more than it's erased from memory if your system freezes up when playing! I can't stand that! It's happened to me 3-4 times. :thumbdn1:

Most Smackdown Games are sick. I used to be addited to wrestling until I saw my first NBA Game. But I still bought the games

Wasted on BBW agian. Dont have 07. maybe tomorrow. I have 06, pretty good. got additdcting untill story lines got boring. like rok said. legends seem pretty good. dusty rhodes

I'd give it an 8.1 probably.3 Pros and Cons from Agent ZeeeeeroPros:- Face models; they were scanned and look way realistic.- There's a big, and I mean, big roster.- The match types to choose from are nice.Cons:- Season mode could be a little more lengthy- Voice acting is terrible; it takes out the freedom of the game and saying what you want to say; you HAVE to be a face in Season Mode, as far as I know.- Jim Ross and Jerry Lawler get old after the first two matches, as well as Taz and Michael Cole.EDIT: If you guys have any questions, feel free to ask me, and I'm sure Rodenbo would welcome any questions as well.

I got it. Played it some. Seems pretty good. Legends kick ass. I cant wait to start season, even though everyone says its short. My bad list...-Same lines from last year for JR/King and Tazz/Cole. I know all their lines by heart just from 06-Glitch...I was Foley during a hardcore match, hit Paul Burchil with a chair. JR goes o my gosh, the stunner, the stone cold stunner. Funny as sh*t-Roster is great, lot of suprises, but theses guys for obvious reasons....Paul London? Brian Kendrick? Charlie Haas?-John Cena-AI needs work. But AI needs work in every game-Belts are huge. CW belt is just as big as World Heavyweight/WWE Champ. Same with Hardcore

<div class='quotetop'>QUOTE </div><div class='quotemain'>Yeah I guess not...bullsh**.</div>Are you saying he can? Because that's a bold statement.

Yes, I am saying he can. He wouldn't be champ and carrying matches for this long if he wasn't.

<div class='quotetop'>QUOTE </div><div class='quotemain'>He can't wrestle.</div>I stopped watching WWE about a year ago, but at the time John Cena had the world in his hands. I don't know how you say he can't wrestle, imo you're just a wagon jumper.

<div class='quotetop'>QUOTE </div><div class='quotemain'>Yes, I am saying he can. He wouldn't be champ and carrying matches for this long if he wasn't.</div>He's marketable, that's why he's champion. You can't tell me right now WWE even cares about pure wrestling because they don't. It's entertainment, that's why he's champ. Women and children scream his name for a reason. His wrestling ability is not that great. Those two demographics overlook ability and bandwagon more then anything(this toned down DX for example). <div class='quotetop'>QUOTE </div><div class='quotemain'>I stopped watching WWE about a year ago, but at the time John Cena had the world in his hands. I don't know how you say he can't wrestle, imo you're just a wagon jumper.</div>I don't jump from a wagon I was never on. Also, you can be over and can't wrestle. Look at Hulk Hogan. That guy is an icon for his showmanship, not his wrestling.

Only wrestlers I know are Andre the Giant, Sting, Undertaker, Mankind, The Rock, and Stone Cold Steve Austin. Some semi old schoolers.

What do you expect? Cena is getting the company money, that's all that matters.

Well if you want to be gramtically correct, only one that can really wrestle is Kurt Angle. But John Cena is one of the few that WWE has that can actually put on a good match. Undertaker is by far the best the company has right now. He can have a specatcular match with someone that can't put on a show to save their life (Ken Kennedy, the Last Ride match). If you know anything about wrestling, you don't have to be a good wrestler to put on a good wrestling match. Actual wrestling isn't what they do in the ring, it's what the high school and college guys do on that round mat. So if you're going to say John Cena can't wrestle, include the greats like The Rock and all of them.

Look at Chris Benoit, Bret Hart, these guys have great ring psychology and can put on a better display of moves then guys like Cena. Cena matches are predictable and stale because of the setup behind the moves(and by setup I mean how he does one move that you know follows to another). If your telling me those matches are enjoyable, your drinking the WWE kool-aid. WWE has become dull. I agree with the Undertaker, he's a great worker and still takes bumps. He also is a decent wrestler for his size and that makes him that much better. Cena can't say any of that imo. I suggest you watch ROH to see how wrestling matches should be done. They showcase an arsenal of moves and make matches enjoyable to watch. None of those 5 minute squash matches you see on WWE at times. Right now the only thing WWE showcases wrestling wise is the Intercontinental matches on Raw, Smackdown matches especially in the tag division. <div class='quotetop'>QUOTE </div><div class='quotemain'>So if you're going to say John Cena can't wrestle, include the greats like The Rock and all of them.</div>The Rock can wrestle when given the ability. Look at his earlier matches like his debut at Survivor Series.

Cena isn't the best showman in the ring ever (I call it showman b/c 90% of the wrestlers can't wrestle anyways), but he is one of the better ones that WWE has.
