Why does Obama hate Teh Ghays?

Wow.

“I take 100 percent responsibility for everything that happened at the inn,” Thompson says today.

Really?

I'm wondering if religious people are offended by this.

Seems like he's trying to pass the blame onto someone else.

I think we can all agree that that cock shall not be blocked any longer. GOP 2012: let freedom swing.

Thompson strikes me as a con artist. That said, I think the Friends of the Columbia Gorge were unreasonable. The View Point should be run as a commercial enterprise for weddings...

One comment says he's obsessive-compulsive or manic-depressive or something.

Who should subsidize that business? Because it quite obviously can't turn a profit. At least not under current management, and probably not under any management. The season where a wedding in the Gorge makes sense is quite short - no one is going to want to get married at the View Point in November.

Government, of course! There's no risk of failure so the company can spend and borrow money without consequence. Just like the government does.

In fact, the bigger the spending the better. And if that's not enough, spend more.

My main point is that it should be able to be a commercial enterprise. A motel, B&B, wedding/reception hall, cafe, whorehouse... that type of business does no "harm" to the Gorge.
