Why? What if they'd cut off his penis?

What if they'd slashed it repeatedly?

I think it's pretty clear that they falsely imprisoned him and assaulted him. I don't know that they deserve prison time, but they deserve to be punished.

Well if they cut off his penis or slashed him, I think they should be prosecuted.

For this . . . I don't even think prosecution with a light sentence is a fair result.

If he's permanently scarred from the application of the glue should there be?

What if he'd been unable to free himself and had to spend the night tied up to the bedposts?

I'm not trying to pick on you... I'm just interested to see where you draw the line.

I get it. I'm really taking a light stance on this one. I didn't even want to say anything given the first few posts, but finally "manned up" when I saw TT's post.

As I first read it (and it doesn't mean that much to go back and read again) they tied him up, superglued his dick to his stomach and one woman slapped him. I didn't think the superglue was a big deal because I figure they use superglue to treat cuts (so non-toxic) and they could probably soak the glue in some chemical that will break the bond. I'm not a doctor and if there was serious physical injury, then yes, I think there should be criminal charges.

The tie up thing I also didn't think was a big deal. If later it comes out that he was physically injured or suffered greatly, same thing, they should be charged with something.

The biggest issue I acutally had was the physical contact. Was it a slap, a punch. A slap . . . let it go. A punch . . . i don't know. Several punches . . .

But I don't make these decisions. I have a friend who does and bounces these crazy fact senarios at me all the time. He declines to act on a lot of them. Although with the media grabbing this story, I can't see the whoever make sthe decison not pressing charges.
