White teen? Nothing to see here, move along.

Actually the good people at black lives matter are the only ones who have even said anything about this. Or were for awhile, anyway.

Over some pot. How ridiculous. If he shot at him while he was speeding away, he should go to prison. If the kid was speeding towards him....well, can't you get out of the way or fire some warning shots?
 
It was a sting. They set him up, and then killed him.

First date? The girl is obviously a part of the sting.

...it doesn't sound like the kid was even moving according to the independent autopsy commissioned by his family:

The Hammond family commissioned an independent autopsy, which found the evidence was "consistent with (Hammond) being seated in a motor vehicle and being shot from the side of the vehicle through an open driver's side window," according to that report.

Bland said Hammond's wounds indicate the vehicle was not moving, and that the teen was shot on the rear of his shoulder and on the side of his chest.​

They forgot the car handcuffs or couldn't shoot well enough to hit the tires? Maybe his bong looked threatening? This is getting ridiculous...enemies abroad must think, fuck it, let's just stay home and watch them shoot themselves... now pass the hookah dude

This sort of reminds me of when I started going with my wife, she lived in Gladstone at the time. I got two tickets in one week for some bullshit charge. The next week I got another, all from the same cop. I took the bunch to court and I got a lawyer. The lawyer got to the bottom of the shit in no time, the young cop had the hots for my girl friend. He lost his job and I got the girl.
