I caught five fatties today. Just pulled them off the traeger. Damn they were good. 👍

sixteen to eighteen inches.

bounced a pink worm along the bottom with an eighteen inch leader.

Very nice . . . so they were native (not stocked).

Love reeling in native trout . . . most of time I go, I get stocked trout . . . which isn't quite as fun (to say the least)

So did they jump? I'm sure at that size, they put up a good fight.

Were you at Pond #6? They have those large trout that cost more!

 No. I was at Vernonia Lake. They stock it with trophy size trout along with the smaller ones and some bass. They generally sit right on the bottom near where the water flows out and where the fresh water comes in.

I think they were stocked.....as I said before, I know they do stock that lake and they do put some trophy size fish in there. But there are some that have been there a while and gotten bigger too. Anyway they were fun to catch and put up a pretty good fight. None of them jumped, but they did flop around quite a bit.
