LOL. For what? That is some serious BS. Hopefully the league takes a hard look at that.
LOL. For what?
That's definitely it. Pop, coach of the 2nd place team in the West, really wants that high draft pick, huh? Or, maybe he's gambling. Yawp. Or, maybe its just that he isn't making all of his team's decisions with the Blazers in mind.'Cause Pop is throwing the game against a conference rival?
The Lakers several years ago were fined big-time by the league for completely sitting Shaq and Kobe out of a game right before the end of the season without an injury report or notifying the league or the opposing team beforehand. They were accused of shorting the ticket-paying customers, and unfair business practices. I would say that the same precident applies here.
They're not playing any of their Big 3.
February 3rd wut
Why? Because my hometown team is beating the shit out of the other team?If I was a paying customer at this game I'd be pissed. The league should take action.

Pop is very open to gambling. So I hear.Even the hint of impropriety at this stage in the NBA's relationship with the fans (Tim Donaghy?) is not a good thing. The NBA has a vested interest in assuring the common fan that the games are on the level. The Spurs holding out their best three players for the reason of "rest" is very suspect. Players rest on off days.
who cares? The spurs can do whatever they want to. Maybe it's a strategic move, maybe their guys need rest. Don't teams do this all the time in games 81 and 82 when they already make the playoffs?

OR, OR, OR, maybe its, I dunno, REST?? THEY ARE KIND OF AN OLD TEAM.
THANK YoU GOD REPPED
So Pop gets them some cheap extra rest in what would have been a pretty tough game anyway. This was the 2nd night of a back-to-back, by the way.Dude, their next game is Sunday. I'm sure the old dudes can live with a back to back game against a team they're fighting with once they realize they have four full days of rest until the next game.
Yes. And someone posted something that I wholeheartedly agreed with, and I repped said person to show my approval.Wow, and you are a mod?

Problem is what?
they played an OT game at near sea level in Golden State last night and are playing in mile high Denver tonight. Duncan is 33, Manu 32, and Parker is just 26. I don't know if its age so much as just not wanting to subject their key players to too much. Pop might have some interesting things to say after the game about the schedulingOR, OR, OR, maybe its, I dunno, REST?? THEY ARE KIND OF AN OLD TEAM.

=/Well, since you are wrong, plenty, but I've learned that arguing with a mod on here is a losing proposition no matter what the truth is, so I'll end my participation in this thread. Enjoy your circle jerk.
For a limited time only. Capitalize on this special oppurtunity. So agree with JE and he reps you . . . noted.
