I think we should all strive for that. But from experience that's just not gonna ever be the law. It's a hard and fast rule over in OLive's politics forum but a few guys cheat. They cheat so often that the mod has pretty much given up enforcing it.
I'm not a big fan of getting off topic in general and some issues are particularly divisive but I just don't know how you can effectively enforce it hence why let it get to you. About all you can do is remind people but not go off about it.
