Stanford vs Oregon

Biggest talent differential in this game is Shaw over Cristobal. Won't be easy by any means.

Speaking of, the OSU woman’s soccer team is killing it right now! They are currently 9-1 after beating Stanford on the road last night. They only had 4 wins all last season. Their assistant is my daughters club coach. Very proud of those girls.

And that’s coming from a Duck fan.

And OSU isn't offering your daughter a scholarship?!?

This is always a pretty good game for the Ducks. Stanford is usually ready.

I'm also pulling for the Beavs obviously. They need to beat the puppies. That would be awesome!

Rooting for the ducks would be equivalent to me rooting for the purple and piss, in my mind. If you find virtue in rooting for a rival, have at it.

Back on subject.....

2-2 record or not, Stanford is not a team to take lightly. This is indeed a potential trap game for the Ducks. They simply can't afford to play the way they did last week.

That's exactly what a Lakers fan would say to a Blazers fan when a Blazers fan tells them they dislike them and are a rival of ours.
If you say so. But most Laker fans aren't Oregonians... And most don't root for the Blazers against every other team in the NBA.

So not at all like a typical Laker fan.

This will be a blowout. Thibadeaux back and inexperience at quarterback for Stanford. Ducks by 17+

I think I'd rather have her pumping your gas than accepting a scholarship from the Beavs.....#DuckFan #BAM
I've got gas but you can't get it out unless you press pretty hard on my belly.

Stanford, under Coach Shaw, has been a House Of Horrors for the Ducks. I'm sure Mario has let his team know. I'm not sure how many Duck players remember the come from behind victory ,Stanford had at Autzen, where the Ducks were up big, and it totally fell apart. If the Ducks go into this game with the Ohio State game mindset, they will win. But Stanford has got their act together now, and should not be taken lightly.

agree, and actually there isnt a team in the Pac 12 you can take lightly. I expect them to get better as the season goes on as they are very young except for qb and bf.
If Ducks can stay healthy throughout the season they have a good chance of running the table.
