200+ yards... 21 point lead 4th quarter in Autzen not lost since Sept of 08.... These are the facts.... the speculations are on the both you... The facts, stats and winning streak rest with me! Had he been pulled before the 3 yard attempt he'd be playing against ASU! FACT!!

Ah yes the Chung's, Thurmond's, Unger's, Tupou's, Tukuafu's, Johnson's, Blount's, Masoli's, hell even Bellotti's, had a huge impact on that game Thursday. Thank goodness for that :devilwink:

edit: Almost forgot Chris Harper, he had a few TD's since the home winning streak started

"MAYBE" Cal could have scored 28 points in 13 mins and "MAYBE" our offense would have fallen asleep and not scored anything but than again LMJ would be healthy in the game for that scenario to be played out. I like my odds and still think both or your attemps at "what if's" are laughable and DEAD WRONG!!

I'll take your challenge. What exactly are the odds of a team named Cal with a QB named Maynard scoring 22 points (thats all that was needed) in a 4th quarter agains Oregon backups, on ESPN, at Autzen on a Thursday with light rain, a bit of a SE Breeze going through the Stadium and Puddles on the Jersey?

I eagerly await your scientific explanation.

BTW- Oregon is a second half team and I guess both of you think the ducks would just forget how to score for a whole quarter with or without James? Haven't in the last two years but for your fantasy "WHAT IF" scenerio okay! HAHAHA!

Ah yes when the backups come in up 35

As for attacking my college background fine, I guess I'm "pathetic" for having carnal knowledge of coaches pulling players when games are over to keep them healthy for next week.... I'm sure you know more! I mean you guys are the "WHAT IF OREGON FORGOT HOW TO PLAY FOOTBALL FOR A WHOLE QUARTER AND CAL WON?" HAHAHA

maybe I dont know more than you about College Football, maybe I do. But I would venture to guess that Chip Kelly might, and there is a reason you and I have to pay admission into Autzen and he doesnt

BTW- how many points did Cal score in the second half? How about in the 4th with LMJ out?

Oh you mean against the first team players on Defense? not many :pimp:

Are you really a mod? Jesus no wonder they don't pay you guys! HAHAHA!

apparently you havent seen me bathing in money on my front yard in Bra1n1ac's sig :pimp:

Not necessarily. Maybe he gets hurt while on the sideline. Maybe he slips in the shower. Maybe he gets hurt later in the week during practice. Maybe he falls down a flight of stairs while walking to a class.

And maybe he plays against ASU anyway. FACT is, nothing is a fact until it actually happens, including your proclaimed hypothetical future fact.

Like when you were wrong about Masoli and I was right?

wasnt that the same conversation where you said that we should go from the Spread to West Coast? ;)

that cant be you, because it is, in fact, me

dammit! I hate when I get busted lying on the internets!

I still like the west coast better than the spread.

lol and I still think Masoli was a decent Spread QB. :devilwink:

I also like the West Coast as well. But I wont argue the results so far with Chip Kelly's Spread.

Year 1- (OC year)- Ranked #2 before All our QB's go down.
Year 2- (OC year) Top 10 finish.
Year 3- Top 10 finish. Rose Bowl appearance and Conference Title.
Year 4- Top 3 Finish. Conference Title. National Title appearance.
Year 5- ???

 I love our little debates Nate. Its a good thing you are a good guy

Actually I'm a super villain and I'm carefully plotting your demise :devilwink:

I personally think the Ducks were trying to run up the score against Cal. I have no problem with that, I hate it when teams let up and let the other team back in the game. But I think there's bad blood between the two teams because of the close game they had in 2010, where the Bears faked those injuries.
