Definitley very good lighting... The text looks bad to me, but that's the only thing holding it back. The effect probably can't look any better than it is.

The lighting absolutely makes this sig. The best part. But as good as the lighting is, the text is as bad. I'd change that up in a v2.

Try using a pixel font or something. Or you could add arial back on yellow with an inner glow on overlay and a gradient overlay on overlay. That usually looks good.
