Here in Atlanta the heat index is 101..3 or 4 people have died because of the heat, and 2 football players have died..I played basketball today for 2 hours and I thought I was going to pass out from it being so frickin hot..

It's been raining here all day.

Earlier this Summer it was like that.

I had to play basketball in a gym with no air conditioning for 9 hours a couple weeks ago when it was 106. I had a black shirt on me at the time, there was so much sweat on it, the entire right and left sides were white, the salt had soaked through.

It has hit the tripple digits this week in DC. But I have been the house most of the week.

you must be in the east bay then. It was really hot here at one point in the REAL bay but it never reached 106.1 KMEL. unfortunately i played bball in an unconditioned gym too but it was only for 2 hours. i was still sweaty as hell.

We've been in the hundreds this week. However, due to all my totally uncalled-for summer homework I've been forced to stay inside my air-conditioned home

It's sucked here in Indianapolis. My car is black and every time I go to get into that thing it's like 115 degrees in there..

Yeah, DC has been pretty crazy. We've been breaking some records with the temperature already.

Everyone that thinks it crazy hot where they are...go to Vegas its HOT as hell. Los Angeles is pretty hot, almost as hot as Nevada.I live in a city (Los Angeles) where the coldest it can get is 35 to 40 degrees which is in winter. The hottest would be around 115 or so,I'm not even kidding. Also,New York is pretty hot too.

I know that's a rap station since I live in the bay area. Anyways I've been mostly on vacation the last 2 1/2 weeks but when I've been home its been anywhere from the high 80's too around 100. It's not that bad. I've been to Austin, Phoenix, and Vegas all in the summer before and it was atleast 110 like everyday. It was absolutely miserbale. And to think I almost moved to Austin :no1:

When I was in New York it was real hot. It was so hot that I had to get on a tour bus after walking for like 10 minutes lol. And at the Yankees game I poured a shitload of water all over me. The Heat was killing me.I'm lucky that I live in Canada I guess. It's the perfect temperature here.

Thats why I got a memebership at the Gym. Bahahaha. But I agree with CB4, It's perfect here.

It's been cloudy so thankfully only in the low 100's. It'll start going to over 110 soon. Coldest it gets here the whole year is like 50.

yeah, my AZ brotha! nah, 60 is the coldest :PIt's been over 100 pretty much since May, so i dunno why everyone else talks about it.Who all has gotten to 118 degrees this summer? *Arizona*

Oh boo hoo, we live in places other than Texas! It is so hot! We have no idea what it's like to live in 100 straight 100 degree days! We need our blankies! WAHHHH!

I couldn't imagine how hot it is in Texas.

Maybe if you did it 150 times that would be like 100 degree heat. I think if you give me money though, the number of times needed to get to 100 degrees is lowered, thus making you a cooler guy.

I played ball outside for about 4 hours a few days ago. It was 104 degrees.

It's been in 100's here in NJ, and unlike say vegas....the humidity is so off the charts it is smothering on top of the heat....terrible.

110* been in Carlisle, PA from 2 days in a row........Its killer here.

</div>I have nothing wrong with the town itself and really liked it there when we went in January I just hated the heat when I went in 6th grade during the summer. The town itself is really cool though.
