One episode in on Kevin Costner's Yellowstone, pretty good, modern day cowboys vs indians.

The C.B. Strike series is very very good. New episodes appear every Friday night on cable with repeats all week long.

Ozark season 2 August 31st
Sweet. Just watched the first one last month. Not bad.

Not Breaking Bad either but it doesn't have to be to be entertaining.

We're on Sneaky Pete season 2 on Amazon and I really like it. The actors are really good.

I really like Jason Bateman. He’s good in a lot of things. I really liked the characters in ozark and I’m curious to see where they go with it. The show wasn’t obviously meant to be more than one season so I’m sure they have something in mind

Goliath is OK and I agree that the 1st season was better. Bosch is a fantastic series however.

I stumbled upon an old ITV series called Scott and Bailey on Amazon. Very good police procedural - if you are willing to live with heavy British accents and a series where the main characters are female. It is actually better than Goliath imho.

I really tried to like it because I love Bryan Cranston... I just couldn't.

Of course it's at the end of august. Ugh, been waiting a year for that. lol. I loved the 1st season.
I know man, I have been waiting forever for them to announce it too, was hoping it would be this month or something. Especially since Netflix has a quantity over quality issue. So man shit shows with a few really good ones and there is nothing else to watch on Netflix. Wrapped up Westworld Season 2 a couple weeks ago and really loved it.

Yeah, it's real hit or miss with the originals. Just too many and barely any catch my interest. Tried Narcos but eh.

I really enjoyed Narcos.

I was in Venezuela about 20 miles from the Colombian border the day Escobar was killed. Military went on full alert, jeeps and personnel carriers flying to the border, we couldn't figure out what the hell was up.

I watched Narcos through the 2nd season. I honestly just couldn't handle having to keep reading subtitles. It was good, I just couldn't do it anymore, it kinda took away the experience from me. The initial story of Escobar was good though

Lies, you were involved, admit it. HOW MUCH MONEY DO YOU HAVE?!?!?

Netflix's recent comedy specials they keep churning out are fucking terrible.

Their original documentaries are always good too. Between wild wild country and evil genius the last couple months, really high quality and fascinating stuff

Watching "Kim's convenience" on Netflix. It is hilarious. If you lived in a big city, you had an ethnically run grocery store on the corner. When I lived in NY, ours was Korean - so this one really hits close to home.

American Ninja Warrior - the closest thing to sports in the summer.

Alone - Best show on TV

Battle Bots - tons of great explosions

Succession - Juicy, weird world

Comedians in Cars Getting Coffee - Jerry is a Zen master imo, and damn funny too.

We had a mom and pop store near by that was run by an American Caucasian couple. They were cheap money chiselers.

About four blocks farther away was a mom and pop store run by a Philipino-Hawaiian couple who had a daughter my age who went to school with me. Incredibly nice people.
