Me too. They gambled in good faith. They won and they deserve their winnings.

My guess here is that the casino doesn't have high hopes on actually winning the case but rather is using the lawsuit as a means of negotiating a smaller payout. Even that's a cheap shot thing to do.

No reason they shouldn't be able to keep their winnings. It sounds to me like the card company is the party that will be out the money
