Azarenka was off to a quick start at 4 - 0 and went on to win the first set easily 6 - 1. Stosur focused herself and came back 6 - 4 in the second. The third set went to a tie break and was a high quality set. Again Azarenka went up 4 - 0 in the tie breaker but Stosur came back. Finally Azarenka had an opportunity for match point at 6-5 and capitalized.
