For 29 teams, the last game is a loss.
For 22 teams, the second round is a fantasy.

Last year, the playoffs were so distant, it looked hopeless.

This year, the Portland Trail Blazers were in the top eight. They were in the top eight during the regular season, and proved that was legitimate by being one of eight teams remaining in the playoffs. Yes, there are questions. Yes, there is some pain. But to go from one of the 14 outside looking in to one of the eight needing just a little bit more? That's pretty amazing.

I'm going to take a while and just enjoy what we got this season.

We got better. We proved the critics wrong. We proved ourselves legitimate.

It was a good post man!

Hear hear. Opening night on TNT, none of the four guys in the studio picked us to make the playoffs. Even LaMarcus only picked us to get the 7th seed, lol. Gotta raise our expectations next year.

Oh crap me and kingspeed starting off posts with same words... My reputation! :D

Nobody here has a reputation worth a damn!

But I love you guys anyway.

Not after you agree with king... Notorious for gaining a bad rep after guarantees!

Helluva season. Completely exceeded my expectations.

Oh well, on to the draf ... er ... nevermind.

Finish that sentence. I heard a rumor that we were getting the first overall pick this year, guaransheed!

It was a great year and one of the most entertaining Blazer teams, for the first half of the year at least, i'v ever had the privilege to watch. The season was a huge success and i'm looking forward to seeing how we gel next year and if we can get LMA an extension this off season.

Well the season's over. It is amazing but this is the first season in years I have actually paid attention to the blazers on a daily basis.
I don't hold Allen, or Oshay, or Stotts responsible for this, I just think it was luck and timing. The start of the season was the best
time I've had in a while and Damien's three rocked my world. Not as positive as some of you, but nothing is taking away from this season's
miracle.
