Can you imagine if it was a 150 game suspension and Arod was eligible to play the final 12 games of the season and possibly the postseason? The fiasco that would create would be ridiculous.

Imagine? I wouldn't put it past Bud to tell Hal to go over $189M (as money gets to Milwaukee) or he would have suspended ARod for <162 games in the first place.
