fixed ....I guess you watch a lot of CNN....try shutting off the TV Denny. Is is that hard to understand that Iraq has an army and a military leader? I don't watch TV but I'll say this..Trump deserves constant bashing....he's embarrassed himself and confronted about every institution in the country from the media to our military leaders...when Trump finally completes his campaign tank....we'll all have a chuckle. Strange focus for your empathy with the Donald....I have none for the guy...and I'm not the media

But it must "be fake".

It's not fake, but it's not at all unusual either. You end up with less egg on your face from getting stories wrong if you check them with the subject before publishing.

It would only be collusion/unethical if the subject says 'no, i don't want you to publish that because it will make me look bad even though it's true' and then you don't publish for that reason.
