The Blazers put up 134 points against the Bobcats

The Portland Trail Blazers beat the Charlotte Bobcats 134-104 last night.

It's the fourth time in the last three seasons that Portland has scored that many points in a non-overtime game, according to the Elias Sports Bureau.

Believe it or not, that equals the total of 134-point games put up since 2011-12 in regulation-length contests by the other 29 teams combined.

It is a great number against a team who has been good defensively giving up 104 against such a terrible offensive team would be more concerning if we did not win by 30.

This is exactly why stats guys and their defensive efficiency can suck a binky. Sure, defense matters, but who cares if Portland allows 105 points when they score 111. I don't.

They lead the NBA in AST/TO ratio. FT%. 3PT%. And have 2 players in the MVP conversation. Exciting basketball the Blazer play.
