I listened to it last night and it's a nice, concise or stripped down update on all things Blazers...Casey is such a pro and I trust his journalism to not be sensationalizing rumors or bs. Glad to see him do this.

CH is a "different" kinda guy.....
I always get weird vibes from him. I think I like him, but I wouldn't bet on it.
Jason Quick (sorry @Fairly-Hard ), and Danny Marang(?) and Art Edwards(KGW) are pretty cool. I actually like Jason Quick a lot.
Last year, due to lingering covid restrictions, I didn't have to deal with the media too much, but this year, those have all been lifted, so media has access to the locker rooms again.
Laker night is gonna be a huge pain in the ass!....

He's definitely a reserved guy...doesn't sell his personality at all...probably a bit grumpy by nature but he deals with Blazer news in a real Walter Cronkite fashion...just reads the news. He's surely gotten a lot better since his early Just Casey podcast. Casey does seem like a guy who should be covering world chess tournaments more than hoops though.

Quick has stepped on a few too many people and done a few too many down right ugly moves to get where he was. He ain't there any more for obvious reasons. You are not the first to like that guy. If he needs to he will jettison everything you ever knew about him to get past you if that gets him what he feels he wants.
I hope you are never in that position.

Yeah, I could listen this once, but I usually don't go looking for that stuff.

If I could just add the RSS feed to my podcatcher I'd probably listen to every episode while driving.

Well isn’t he a Blazer employee? I’m sure that ties his hands on giving his actual opinion on the team.

That's why I like his takes....zero emotional input or speculation...just Blazer info...there are plenty of spin doctors out there already...Quick baits every question he asks usually if that's your thing. It's not mine. Same with the news....I like the AP feed, not major network biased coverage. I like to form my own opinion about the team and Casey doesn't influence that in any way which works for me. I have little interest in spin doctors or rumor mills in general. I always liked Kerry Eggers for that same reason...it's just good journalism. This front office seems pretty straight forward to me. I like it.

I had to jettison the 'Suicide Boys' and their "ladies" from a side stage area..
I think I can handle JQuick.!
