So, thinking about the Blazers' misfortunes, I happened to recall the story of Casey Martin's golf career and his successful attempt to gain approval to use a golf cart on the PGA tour because of his disability. Seems to me that taking a page from his book, instead of seeking an injured player exception, the Blazers should petition the league to allow our increasingly disabled players to use mechanical means to overcome their physical impairments. I'm envisioning using souped up Segues to allow Brandon, Greg, and our other broken-kneed players to continue to play. Kind of brings a new meaning to the old phrase, "red hot and rolling".

Just a thought. :devilwink:

Around 1980, some women were suing to get into men's clubs, and peeping female reporters legally forced their way into men's locker rooms. I expected men to sue to get into women's leagues, where they would be the best players. Is there a law which mandates sexual segregation of sports (in order to preserve having any women in sports)?
