Unfortunately and sadly, MSL's mother passed away so he went to MTL today apparently. No word on his status tomorrow. Sad to hear. Maybe Miller goes for him if he's out.

They said MSL is playing tonight, if that helps much. Maybe they draw some emotional strength from it, anything at this point.

I think the chances of us winning tonight are very slim, but that's why they play the games. Get a win tonight somehow, and at least make the Pens sweat a trip back to NY. One game at a time.

With that said I see a 4-1 type game tonight. I just have this feeling we are about to check out fully.

Must get the 1st goal tonight to have any shot IMO.

If they were playing the Bruins down 3-1 I would have assumed its over. Pitt just isn't that good. Rangers need to win a game at home and this is very interesting.

No doubt there Dis. I said in the game thread it totally frustrates me that we were even down 3-1. No way we should have been in that hole.

Last year we were outclassed by Boston, that is not the case here, which is very frustrating.

I don't expect anything with this team anymore. However, I do feel that if they come out skating hard and hitting they can play with anybody. It's just a matter of which team shows up.

The Pens don't impress me. They have the two big names obviously but are not a dominating team. The Rangers did this to themselves in terms of being down 3-2 in this series.

I'm with Mess. I could care less if the Pens are angry. Means absolutely nothing. We are the better team. Period. We have put ourselves in this situation. It isn't because the Pens are good. It's because for some reason we take games off.
