Vegas is where people in their late 20's and early 30's go to drink, "have fun" and act out. And a lot of people I've known who went there were phony and as you put it, tools.

That's not to say that there aren't people who are in their late 20's and early 30's that go there and are normal. An obnoxious minority makes the normals look bad.
