Today he starts his prep for his first adult doctors appointment. Time for Big John to get a colonoscopy !

So it’s safe to say how scared/nervous he is. So was thinking a music playlist would help calm the nerves. Would gladly except all and every song recommendations from you guys that in a round about way have to do with ahhhhhhhh, a colonoscopy.

He’s already got a few for example…..

Yeah they said that’s what they do…..but the doc told me it’s gotten to a point now where they can tell by looking at them if they are or not. Not sure if that’s true, but made me feel a bit better.
