It strikes me that the vast majority of the members who share their peeve or comment on a peeve are people that seek closure as part of their character type.

If you get pissed seeing someone use A1 sauce, you probably have difficulty leaving much of any thing open.

Thats because we are all alpha males in a rape culture.

hoop fam

Yeah, we got some crazies up in here.

I get annoyed sometimes, but I try to lay low. Don't get too high, don't get too low. Too many people uptight in this world.

You never watched Seinfeld, did ya?

I haven't read that thread, but--you S.O.B.--DID YOU MENTION FUCKING A1 SAUCE?

Very eye-opening indeed. I didn't know so many inconsequential things could piss people off to such a degree.

Wait - we said pet peeves. Pet peeves are by definition "little things that drive you crazy" (OK I did add some big things. mea culpa) IMO that means we aren't talking nuclear war, the Sept 11 2001 attacks, mass shootings at schools, and other really major and tragic events. Just the annoyances of everyday life. In the Outsports.com forum there is a thread on "people who should be shot" that has gone on for years and is at least 50 pages. But the point is that no one is listing Osama bin Laden, they are listing the idiot who didn't flush the toilet in a public restroom. See the difference?

Bin Laden is dead, the nonflusher is still at large.

Ya, we really have some high-strung crazies up in here if their pet peeves include not being happy with people who leave their kids or dogs in their car while shopping on a hot day. What psychos!

Well you know, leaving the kids in the car is not a peeve, it's down right stupid. Not to mention illegal.

I have this real pet peeve about people who start threads about other threads.

Moderators who don't Merge really tick me off.
