Nearly a year ago, the mainstream rapper Chamillionaire created a song called "Ridin'" that became a laughingstock among many rap fans due to its ridiculous hook. Despite this, however, Chamillionaire's fanboys made this single go to platinum, #1, and a grammy rather quickly. As a result, Weird Al Yankovic made a parody to said song. What did Chamillionaire do in response? He recorded more "remixes" than any song has ever had. To date he has recorded remixes in the forms of: Ridin' West Coast (game, quik) Ridin' Houston (ugk?) Ridin' East Coast (papoose?) Ridin' UK (sway) Ridin' 2 (akon) Ridin' Brazil (cabal) Ridin' Germany (Olli Banjo) Ridin' France (Al Peco) Ridin' New Zealand (Tyree)As well as other artists doing: Ridin' Remix (trae) Bigger Fences (chingo bling parody) White n' Nerdy (Weird Al Parody) These are are 9 official remixes, 9 areas it takes place in, and a dozen reasonably different incarnations of this song with 15 artists and 4 languages. how often does this happen with a song and why this song?

Yeah, at first I thought the hook of that song was nasty. It's pretty good though and Cham did a good job on it. It deserves all those remixes.

Ridin 2? I know he made Ridin' Overseas with Akon, that might be what you were talking about. The east coast was Papoose and Jae Millz (and the sickest one IMO). The song is ok, just the radio was on its cock for about 5 months.

my favorite remix was from chingo bling......damn I can't for chingo's album in may loland I can't wait for cham's new album, he says april 24th, but I've followed cham for way to long to believe that bs, it'll get pushed back like 20 times lol........

To move it back again...But there are rumors he is working with Dr.Dre and now 50 cent, so the man is probaly moving it back for good reasons.

he'd do so much better workin with dre and 50. to me, most southern rap is the same, this would really put him above everyone else in the south except maybe t.I.
