Remember the old days when you'd never have more than one day between games?

Dang, this is crazy.

I know. I can't believe we have to wait til FRIDAY for Game 3!! I won't be able to breathe until we win both games 2 AND 3.

One game at a time! Lets just get tonites game then worry about game 3.

I agree. They want to squeeze as many games as possible into the weekend and have as few during the week.

I recall when one station had a 4 and a 6:30 and the other a 5 and a 7:30 game. A bit tough if you wanted to watch all of them, but most fans either had a favored team or would tune into whichever game was most exciting.

Can this be divine intervention (I'm an atheist so I don't think so). A friend and I got baseball tix for Friday long ago to see the game and the fireworks show. Then I learned there is a Blazer playoff game that I would have to record and watch late. But now, they are forecasting rain. Very welcome in a drought and the A's may be postponed.

Unless you can bring a tv, screw the baseball game! :)

Yeah I remember that too when games were on TNT and TBS in the late 90's. That was great, but now it's just about money.

i guess its better for ratings or they wouldnt be doing it, but i just lose interest if i have to wait 2 days in between games. particularly for any other series other than the one im interested in.

so the blazers first three games:
Sat - Tues - Fri ?

what a joke! on the weekends in the spring, im out doing lots of other shit than watching NBA basketball (non-Blazers).
