I think every 'successful' country has some capitalism some socialism. They kind of need each other.
That said. It's always interesting when people who have never experienced 'socialism' think we need to have it or think it's terrible. Neither side really knows from experience.

I thought Trump was supposed to be on every day.
 
I watched maybe 1/2 hour of the dem convention and 10 mins of the repub convention. Didnt leave me feeling optimistic about any form of unity, unless you sell your soul to one side or the other. Kind of gives me the same feeling I have about church denominations where each one thinks they are the bride and any others are frauds.
 
So this screaming woman said she is a first generation American because her mother is an immigrant from Puerto Rico........ ahhhh does anybody want to tell her, or should I?

What I saw of the convention was hilariously terrible.....the screaming Harpy that is porking Don Jr was worth a laugh.....Herschel Walker sounded like a concussion victim....Don Jr looked coked out of his mind ...all in all.....poorly put together and terribly unconvincing....dump Trump ...simple..he's not worth one firecracker
