I hope whoever buys them, moves them to Bumfucked, Egypt

Yeah, because that worked so well for BRK.

OK, Trump Jr. it is!!!

Yeah The Trumps should partner with the Russians and buy the Rockets

I wonder if W is a basketball fan

Since Oakland is becoming the new LA, the rockets can move there and share Oracle with them as the Oakland Crotch Rockets

If it happens, I bet they end up in Vegas.

The Last Vegas Lucianos, more flopping than cirque du soleil

I defo want Seattle to have a team again. We are so fucking chronic when it comes to the Sounders that we need an expansion NBA team to pound on. Sadly, that's the only way I see them getting a team.

What's really funny is ... I don't remember hearing much outrage in the media of fans about the profits to be made by the current owner: from less than $100 millions purchase price to well over $1.5 billions in 25 years? How insane is this?
I agree with LeBron James: NBA players are still well underpaid. Someone must be contributing to raise the values of these franchises ... and it is NOT the freaking owners themselves.
What's a $10 millions in Luxury taxes, when someone is about to pocket $1 billion after tax? It is like giving me $100 and asking me to return $1 back.

Why are you so anti-Seattle? Have you never been laid there when you've visited or something?

Btw, getting a team with James Harden would basically fuck the city anyway.

Because....I grew up in Portland with a natural hatred for our big brothers up North?

The Las Vegas Rockets? Maybe they'll change the name. The Luck? The Gamblers?
"Rockets" could work. It would save them money for the marketing division. The Raiders will still be the same in 2018 when they move into town.

A good return to be sure, but not obscene. What is it, about 12% annual?

I'd personally love to see an NBA team in Vegas. I'm not a gambler, but we like to go to Vegas for the food and entertainment, especially during the rainy season in Portland, which happens to coincide with the NBA season. We'd definitely time our trips to coincide with Blazers games. Cheap flights, cheap hotels, great food, great shows and the Blazers. Sounds like the perfect mid-winter getaway to me!
