Yes, there seems to be no real logic to what the AG does. It has occurred to me that screwing around with a few reporters and the 1st amendment is a deflection tactic. Obama really screwed the pooch in BenGhazi and has set a
horrible tone for the IRS left leaning faithful. The more other small stuff he can rile up, the more the Republicans and the public at large will be defused and confused..

One of the strongest points made is that the AG should be the people's attorney and instead it has become the President's Attorney. He already has one of those in the White House Counsel. Both parties are guilty of this change, Holder is simply an egregious example of one.
