The only reason he wasn't banished for a year or longer is because of the CBA loophole about incidents in the past 18 months. On top of that he has often been out of the lineup during that time so he hadn't had any further incidents. The guy is obviously a goon and will never learn and will eventually seriously injure somebody.

Make it three strikes and you're out with the testing. First time you get 41 games and mandatory rehab, second 82 games plus mandatory rehab and third time you're out of the game.
