@~~~GOD~~~God's not listening to you..even Jesus hasn't posted here in a long time
The old two game balls in a t shirt trick.....
You had sex with one of them??????
I knew this would be a response I’d get, portly directly after Mm’s post. But then I went for it anyway, so my post could go both w.... err... be taken both ways.
No need to beat around the bush. We get it.
You take it both ways.
You're "the shit" @PtldPlatypus and @Lanny. This thread is for y'all.
I don't know if this should be OT or not. Fuck it, I feel like talking. I've had a few and I'm feeling as good as Nina Simone.
I'm Liberal and Divorced. Raised Baptist Christian but now Agnostic. No longer do I subscribe to religion and I've also studied to be Jehovah's Witness. I've researched many religions, in depth. I really abhor them all...
@PtldPlatypus is conservative and Married. Raised Christian. We both can quote scripture, but our points of view and interpretations are a bit different.
We're both fathers and have a perspective of thinking about others (our children) more than ourselves. I feel like every time we talk we know that no matter if we disagree about whatever subject, we can communicate on a level of understanding that I don't share with most family and friends. You are my friend. Thank you for being you.
@Lanny you're a great man. I appreciate you brother. You are completely awake. The story you told me tonight about your father was simply a mazing...
So... I complimented Lanny's hat. I told him how much I loved it. It's CLEAN ADONAL FOYLE... I'd never seen it before and it was one that I'd purchase.
"Lanny.... I LOVE that hat!" I exclaimed.
He says it like he had a plan before he arrived,
"Like the shirt off my back"
Then he hands me the hat while saying,
"I can get another.."
It's very good to see you and it's been too long. Thank you Lanny. For always treating my son and I with love. I appreciate you...

Anyone that has anything to say that's negative about these two...

I don’t take anything.
But what else can I say? I’m a non-discriminatory giver.

Steve Johnson used to live around the corner from us back in the day. His son Michael went to k-12 with my little brother. His dad was a major asshole, sorry.I notice the picture of Lucas. My great nephew, the one who played for Lamar Hurd, use to be coached by the son of Lucas who put together a youth basketball league.
As a side note, my wife and I use to work out with Johnson's son. You know, the Portland center who played college at Oregon State and married Stu Inman's daughter. A really nice guy. Of course, I wouldn't talk about him if he weren't nice.

Very good kid.Never knew that about Steve, in fact, never knew him at all, but his son, Michael was surprisingly nice.
Providence is kinda dump-y, but Newport's great (in the summer. In the winter it's a ghost town).Providence is a dump, it's best to avoid Rhode Island entirely. Maybe if you checked on your creations they wouldn't turn out so badly. Not trying to tell you how to do your job, just sayin'...

And I'm shocked that it made it this far into this thread without pointing out that not all African-American referees look alike, that "some of my best friends are referees" and the ever-popular..."the sheriff is near..."

@~~~GOD~~~ do dogs go to stay with you when they die?
I've heard that Steve Johnson wasn't exactly the nicest guy in the world. Of course, that's only a rumor I heard so it's hardly reliable.Yeah I work with the MLF (run by Mo’s son, David) to coordinate our company donating wine for his big auction gala every year. We pretty much supply wine for the entire event (500+ attendees).
As for Johnson.... yeah, he was a cool dude. My dad coached his son back in the day. Told a few stories about that on S2 over the years.
That makes my day.David Lucas. Saw him at the Summit tonight. I've refereed him (as a coach) and that ML20 program. I may have refereed your great nephew!
Oh yeah? Then why did you come up with the expression "It's a dog's life!"?As with all life forms I have created, I have provided free will, and although on a limited and minute scale, even plant life has the gift of choice.
If the will is steadfast and is lacking corruption, then the gates shall remain open. All beings are individual, and judged as such.
