Another possibility for the Eastern Conference All-Start Team at forward: LeBron James. I don't think he's earned it, but the NBA is all about hype.

I believe the coach of the All-Star Team picks the backups. The coach of the team with the best record in the conference gets the distinction. That could be Rick Carlisle, which might favor Artest; or it might be Tim Floyd or Larry Brown.
