Good article 59, I wasn't aware they're lease/rent is increasing 150%, that's enough to close most teams down...

...yeah, I couldn't understand that either...I mean considering they are being wooed by other cities and could still wind up in LA or Vegas, if Alameda County really wants the Raiders to stay, why increase their rent now?...makes no sense to me.

I'd never put a NFL Team in Carson, as an Owner, let alone play alongside the Lamb's in Inglewood, (part of the heart of the LA Riots),

Vegas is interesting, tho' high risk?? I don't think a long term success could be had, in a city with a predominant fan base of tourists, mirror's Orlando's Magic in ways, a loyal Fan Base capable of sustaining a high end team, highly questionable....

Bottom line, as we've touched on before, the Raider's deserve the respect to stay put in their own stadium. No way to treeat the SB I - AFL Rep., 6 SB Appearance Team, (s/b 7), and this is the best Oakland/Alameda can do for 'em, sad, no respect...
