Thorn Won’t Trade Kidd Just Because He Wants to be Traded
February 13, 2008, 12:39 am The Nets released highlights from Monday’s “Town Hall” for season ticket-holders and a lot of the conversation concerned Jason Kidd. Rod Thorn was emphatic that unless a deal is in the team’s interest, it won’t get done: “Should we trade him just because he wants to be traded? Not while I’m here.” Thorn defended Lawrence Frank and Vince Carter, praised Josh Boone and Sean Williams and said anyone could be traded. Meanwhile, it appears any deal for Jermaine O’Neal is dead.

good, i dont want Oneal any longer. mike miller please. maybe boki, mags for miller? they want expirings

I'm willing to give the a pick for the 2010 draft if they want too with that. why not throw Malik in there as well?

throw in wright, i dont think theyll care for malik

true. I don't think anyone would want malik!
but, hm...twan is an offensive liability mostly, but we do need him for the defense from time to time...
gotta admit, when he and DA are on the floor at the same time, they bust their ass on defense.

boki malik and mags work for miller, I tried it on the trade machine, but they wouldn't want those pieces at all (especially if they just got collins! )

how about navarro? he can shoot.
navarro + cash work for malik. if we don't chase miller, let's go for something cheaper and less effective, but still an improvment for us. I don't think memphis would mind malik, they can use him.

Hm. Well, Thorn gave in!

And Dallas wanted Malik
