I read it twice, and was unable to locate these "points" you refer to.

I was disappointed, but certainly not angered.

He made numerous false assumptions, unlikely predictions, and far-fetched conclusions, and seems detached both from humanity and reality in general. Like he doesn't leave his mother's basement very often.

Jared Lee Loughner killed 6 people during an attempt to assasinate a US Congresswoman. One of his victims was a Federal Judge. He was NOT charged as a terrorist.

Now do you get it? What defines a terrorist? Is it the weapon they choose?
